Our computerized degree day system keeps your oil tank full at all times

Since every home is unique, oil consumption varies accordingly. There are serveral factors which affect oil consumption, the size of your home, amount and quality of insulation, type of heating equipment, number of people living in your home, personal habits, etc. All these factors are calculated and condesed into a number call a "K factors" on our system Each customer has a K factor that is specific to their home. For new automatice customers our staff will closely monitor usage during the first few months of the heating season. We can the have our computer system generate a "K factor" specific to your home.

Once our system has determined the K factor our computers will then generate a degree day numeric value which then lets us know about what your oil consumption will be.

NOTE: If there are any chages that might cause you to use more or less heating oil please notify our office as soon as possible, such as a new addition, relatives moving in, or moving out these type of changes will effect the consumption of you oil
